When letters and cards are posted
Letters are posted on the last Thursday of each month. Payments completed on or before the 10th in Sydney time are included in that month's mailing. Payments completed after the 10th start with the following month's mailing. Posting dates are not arrival dates; postal delivery times vary by destination.
Birthday cards are posted 7 days before Australian birthdays and 14 days before overseas birthdays. If payment is completed inside those windows, a card may arrive after the day. Posting dates are not arrival dates. Postal delivery times vary by destination.
Letters sent overseas
Overseas Letters are posted to one loved one in any country for $160 a year, billed in AUD and renewing automatically.
- The same monthly letter, stories, puzzles, recipes and little surprises as our Australian packages.
- The address must be written in English so it can be delivered.
- You confirm the address is correct before you pay. GrandMail cannot verify international addresses.
- The paid birthday gift add-on is not available for overseas delivery.
Billing and renewals
All packages auto-renew. Solo and Couple offer annual or monthly billing. Annual billing saves around 10% compared with monthly payments. Overseas Letters and My Language Letters are yearly only.

What the price covers
The package price covers the letter, the surprises inside it and the postage. There is nothing extra to pay each time a letter is posted.
Enter addresses manually and check them before payment. Update subscription addresses in your account. Changes cannot recall letters already printed or posted.
