When cards are posted
Birthday cards are posted 7 days before Australian birthdays and 14 days before overseas birthdays. Monthly letters and occasion cards are posted on the last Thursday of the month.
If payment is completed inside those windows, a card may arrive after the day. Posting dates are not arrival dates. Postal delivery times vary by destination.
Want to send a gift as well?
Birthday and occasion gifts are available by enquiry. Select the gift you would like, its value and your occasion date in our gift shop. We will confirm availability with a local Australian business and organise the gift for your selected occasion.
You will not be charged earlier than 14 days before the occasion date. We will confirm availability and arrange payment with you before anything is charged. Sending an enquiry does not take a payment or schedule an automatic charge.
