Upload your letter as a PDF, Word or text file. We never translate or edit it and we do not write letters for you. Photo images cannot be printed.

Letters are posted on the last Thursday of each month. Payments completed on or before the 10th in Sydney time are included in that month's mailing. Payments completed after the 10th start with the following month's mailing. Posting dates are not arrival dates; postal delivery times vary by destination.
Check your spam or junk folder. If your confirmation has not arrived, check there and add hello@grandmail.com.au to your contacts to help future emails reach you.
All packages auto-renew. Solo and Couple annual billing saves around 10% compared with monthly payments. Monthly cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. For annual plans, including Overseas Letters and My Language Letters, request cancellation at least 30 days before renewal. Email hello@grandmail.com.au.
Never miss the celebrations that matter.
Solo, Couple and Overseas Letters include birthday and occasion cards. Birthday cards are posted 7 days before Australian birthdays and 14 days before overseas birthdays. A late signup or postal delays may mean a card arrives after the day. My Language Letters cards are available in limited languages, confirmed before payment.
