1. Website content and branding
GrandMail is operated by Petrosi Group Pty Ltd (ABN 25 615 926 335), trading as GrandMail. Our website includes text, photographs, illustrations, designs and brand elements that we create or use under licence. Copyright protection applies where recognised by law. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
The GrandMail name and logo identify our business. You must not use them in a way that suggests our endorsement or creates confusion about an association with GrandMail.
2. Personal use
You may read, print and share website pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote a short extract with attribution to GrandMail and a link to the original page.
Recipients and Subscribers may keep, photograph, copy and share their letters and cards with family and friends for personal use. Ownership of a physical letter or card does not transfer any copyright in protected content.
3. Commercial use
Unless permitted by law or authorised by the relevant rights holder, you must not commercially reproduce or republish protected website content, letters, cards or artwork. Please contact us before using GrandMail branding or content in a commercial product or service.
Do not remove copyright notices or extract licensed third-party photographs or artwork for separate reuse.
4. How our letters are produced
GrandMail researches and curates stories, themes, events and topics based on each Recipient's interests and hobbies. Artificial intelligence produces the letter from that curated material. Our team then reviews it to check that the story, events, themes and hobbies align with the Recipient's interests before release for posting.
Copyright in AI-assisted content depends on the nature of the content and applicable law. We do not claim that every AI-generated passage is automatically protected by copyright. Rights in our original human-created content, branding and licensed material remain with their respective owners.
5. Information you provide
You retain your rights in letters uploaded for My Language Letters. You authorise us to store, print and post them to your nominated Recipient to provide the service. GrandMail does not write, edit or translate your uploaded letters. Upload only letters you are entitled to share. Do not include photo images; images will not be printed.
We do not claim ownership of the Recipient information or personal messages you provide. You authorise us to use them to provide your requested service and handle related enquiries, payments and records as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Please only provide information and material you are entitled to share.
6. Permission requests and concerns
For permission requests or suspected infringement, email hello@grandmail.com.au. Include a description of the material, where it appears and your contact details so we can review your enquiry.
